• sbbsecho - add option to ignore password

My hub messed up the password and it's missing from the pkt files.

Rather than having to do a rescan later (or for those that don't support rescan), it would be nice to have an option to ignore passwords (or lack thereof) when importing messages.

While it's unsafe and not recommended for daily use, it can help with the occasional misconfiguration.

You can't just change the packet password to empty/blank temporarily to import the packets?

Well yes, but I don't want to :) I'm sure I'm not the only one who has had this happen.
