Some additionaly JXL paranoia.
1. When we can't resolve a symbol from libjxl_threads, close the
libjxl_threads handle, not the libjxl one!
2. If a symbol from libjxl_threads can't be resolved, set all of them
to NULL so we don't try to call an unloaded object.
