Updated gcc version for macos build in github actions

Fix OPUS/MSG: update all users' lastread after deleting *.MSG
Fix: Prefer CHRS kludge over RFC Content-Type charset
While I compile from source, is there a chance the "Latest" release on github dated 20180707 could be updated as well for these versions? Quite a bit has been done since 2018.
Or does that specific version hold some kind of "first time we made binaries for this repo" kind of importance?
Otherwise, anyone installing Golded from binaries for the first time come around with questions (not always in this echo) regarding old versions, including some random .deb version that's floating around out there (sourceforge maybe?).
I try to point them specifically to your link as much as I can, but I think it would be easier to update github, or link directly to your site from github if you wish to do so (understood if you don't), rather than leave old (and getting older) versions up for grabs?

Nick
