Title: Vegetable Ikra

Yield: 1 Batch
1 Courgette
1/3 cn Tomatoes
1/2 Capsicum
1 ts Salt
1/2 Onion
2 cl Garlic
1 ts Chilli flakes
It also works well with eggplant instead of the courgette, and would
probably work well with a mix both too. Too much eggplant makes it
bitter.
Chop the vegetables, then blend all ingredients smooth in a blender.
If it doesn't liquefy in the blender, add a small amount of water or
more juice from the tomatoes.
Keeps well in the fridge.
